About Crossfit Stags and Does

Crossfit Stags and Does was the first Crossfit Gym in Cambridge, opening in 2012. Since then, Crossfit Stags and Does has grown from the original Crossfit class format to offering a “Coach For Life” system.

The Coach for Life system gives members a dedicated Coach to help them progress and get results. Every Crossfit Stags and Does membership includes 1-2-1 Coaching sessions to ensure members have a dedicated coach who will coach them in classes and attend classes weekly.

Crossfit Stags and Does also offers a wide range of specialist classes outside of Crossfit. Their specialist classes in Olympic Weightlifting, Kettlebells, Endurance, Gymnastics, and Competitive Crossfit Classes.

Where are they?

Crossfit Stags and Does is in Milton Cambridge, on the other side of the A14 from the Science Park. If you’re traveling in or out of Cambridge for work, this is a great location and easy to get to from surrounding North Cambridge villages.

When Do the Classes Run?

Crossfit Stags and Does classes run consistently throughout the week, with regular morning classes at 6:30 am, and 9:30 am, followed by a 12 pm lunchtime class and evening classes running from 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm, and 7:30 pm.

About Crossfit RNA

Crossfit RNA is a traditional Crossfit box specialising in utilising Crossfit’s training methodology in group classes based in Harston, South Cambridge. The classes at Crossfit RNA are mainly Crossfit, WOD sessions, but two days a week, they hold specialised Olympic Weightlifting Classes.

Where are they?

Crossfit RNA is on the Southside of Cambridge, in Harston, near the M11, close to the Addenbrooke’s Hospital site. Harston is a fantastic location for people working at Addenbrooke’s Hospital; resident’s close to South Cambridge and the surrounding villages.

When Do the Classes Run?

Crossfit RNA has classes running through the week in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings each day and morning classes on Saturdays.

3. Crossfit Structure

About Crossfit Structure.

Crossfit Structure is the newest box to open in the surrounding area of Cambridge. Structure offers an “Onboarding” phase to help new members get up to speed with the different movements performed during Crossfit classes.

Crossfit Structure offers an “Onboarding” phase to help new members get up to speed with the different movements performed during Crossfit classes. The “Onboarding” is a great way to start Crossfit, as some movements can initially seem intimidating. However, with good coaching and support, the movements become fun, less complex and have a massive impact on your overall fitness and health.

The “Onboarding” phase includes a consultation and assessment. You will go through 3 1-1 sessions with one of the coaches. Once you and the coach feel comfortable with the movements, you can move on to the classes.

Crossfit Structure also offers Weightlifting and Open Gym sessions.

Near the A14, Crossfit Structure is easy to get to from Cambridge or Newmarket.

When Do the Classes Run?

Crossfit Structure runs classes throughout the day, including morning, lunchtime and evening classes, with Open gym sessions available too.
