What to expect in our Bootcamp Sessions?
Our sessions consist of a blend of high-intensity cardio and strength exercises programmed by our specialist coaches to help our clients achieve their goals.Â
If you are looking to build muscle, lose weight or both, AMFitness Boot Camps will enable you to achieve your goal.

If you are interested in joining, you can book a free trial session to come to get involved in one of our Bootcamp classes at a time that suits you.
Bootcamps are a great way to get in shape, and the variation within the classes helps make training a sustainable habit.
Being in a class of people is also super motivating as everyone is there to change and help one another. Going to the gym can get very dull and repetitive, and unless you’re going with people, you don’t always have someone pushing you and supporting you to improve each week.
