Welcome to DL Training. Having lost over 35kg, going from eating junk food every day, not having a clue what being healthy was and never having stepped foot in the gym to becoming a personal trainer I have definitely been on a journey.
I know where things get hard, which parts are scary but most importantly I know how to get results and help you make real lasting lifestyle changes.
I have a proven history of taking complete beginners to gym pros along with the transformation results of clients to show the kind of changes I can help you make.
Along side personal training I also offer Boxing Sessions.
Boxing for fitness is a 30-minute full-body workout and is great if you’re looking to lose weight, tone up and improve your endurance.
If you’re looking to improve your boxing technique then I also offer 60-minute sessions designed to concentrate on improving your skills.
